Another night on the positive side of .500. I’m feeling really good, and now that the Rangers are knocked out of the playoffs, I shouldn’t ever lose again. I still can’t believe they didn’t take even one game from the Hurricanes. What a mess of a team. For tonight’s board, let me just say…I’m loving it. I’m feeling 3-0 for this blog, and might throw down a few more bets on my account to make it 7 or 8 and 0 on the night for your guy Mr. Daily.
Pick #1: Philadelphia 76ers vs. Washington Wizards UNDER 229.5 (-110)
We’re having so much success with the unders that it would be dumb to not keep riding them. Yes, there’s a big difference between unders over 230 points and under 230 points, but this feels close enough to hit. The Wizards are also an abysmal team, so it’s easy to see this one turning into a defensive masterpiece from the 76ers.
Pick #2: Cincinnati Reds ML (+145) @ Cleveland Indians
I hate betting on spot starters like the Reds have going tonight with Tejay Antone, but I can’t shake the feeling that Trevor Bauer mentally alpha’d Mike Clevinger on Twitter last week so badly that Clevinger is going to be pressing too hard tonight against Bauer’s Reds. This is one of those gut picks that just feels so right.
Pick #3: Edmonton Oilers vs. Chicago Blackhawks OVER 6.5 (-111)
This over/under is a joke right? How do I tease it up to 8.5? The first two games of this series had a combined 19 goals scored. I think the Oilers could score 6 tonight by themselves which means I just need one from the Hawks? This is too easy of a bet to pass up.
